Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Consumers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal for the following contracts:

Event Tickets and Leisure Services

Pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 9 German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts concerning services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

This applies in particular to the purchase of tickets for concerts, festivals, cultural events, sports events, trade fairs, conferences and other leisure or entertainment events.

Accordingly, orders for event tickets become binding immediately upon completion of the purchase process and cannot be revoked.

Sealed Audio, Video or Software Products

Pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 6 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for the supply of sealed audio recordings, video recordings or computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery.

General Right of Withdrawal for Other Eligible Purchases

Where a statutory right of withdrawal exists, the following applies:

Withdrawal Instruction

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform: KOMPASS Business Computing GmbH & Co. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which you notify us of the withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
