Privacy Policy for the BOOM EVENTS Ticket Shop
1. Controllers
Personal data is processed in connection with the purchase of tickets through the BOOM EVENTS ticket shop.
The organizer named in the ticket shop for the respective event is responsible for carrying out that event.
In addition, KOMPASS Business Computing GmbH & Co. KG, as operator of the BOOM EVENTS platform, processes personal data for providing the ticket shop, technically processing orders, payment processing, IT security and further legitimate purposes of its own.
Where organizers and BOOM EVENTS jointly determine the purposes and means of certain processing operations, the processing is carried out on the basis of an agreement on joint controllership pursuant to Art. 26 GDPR.

In connection with ticket purchases, the following data in particular may be processed:

- Address
- Email address
- Phone number
- Order and ticket data

- Technical usage data of the ticket shop
