("BOOM EVENTS").
2. Contracting Parties and Intermediary Role
BOOM EVENTS operates a technical ticketing and event management platform and acts as an intermediary between Ticket Purchasers and Event Organizers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, BOOM EVENTS is not the organizer of the events offered through the platform.
The contract regarding attendance at an event is concluded exclusively between the Ticket Purchaser and the respective Event Organizer.
BOOM EVENTS provides the technical infrastructure and facilitates ticket sales on behalf of the respective Event Organizer.
Responsibility for organizing and conducting the event lies solely with the Event Organizer.

Event Organizers may establish additional terms, venue rules, admission policies or event-specific conditions.
To the extent such provisions relate exclusively to the performance and organization of the event, they shall take precedence over these Terms.
II. Customer Account

There is no entitlement to the creation or continued availability of a customer account.
Customers must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and promptly update such information when changes occur.

This shall not affect statutory retention obligations or the continued storage of data where required for contract fulfillment, legal defense or compliance with legal obligations.
III. Conclusion of Contract
1. Order Placement
The presentation of events and tickets on the platform does not constitute a binding offer.
By clicking the button labeled "Order with Obligation to Pay" or a comparable confirmation button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected tickets.
